Freeze sets in; more snow on radar



Pedestrians brave freezing temperatures Thursday in Chicago. The National Weather Service predicted wind chill values as low as negative 25 F in parts of Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois on Thursday. Frigid temperatures ice the Upper Midwest as a storm that dumped more than a foot of snow in several states from Iowa to New England threatens another round.
