Swine flu booster shots? Fat chance



Emily Newman tends to her 2-year-old twins, Rory and Everett, at their Seattle home. Newman was able to get the toddlers a first dose of swine flu vaccine, but fears she won't find a necessary second dose. That's especially troubling because Rory has Type 1 diabetes, which puts her at higher risk for infection.Government health officials say children younger than 10 need two doses of swine flu vaccine for full immunity, but providers facing shortages are limiting many to just one.
