Possible Vote on Bush’s Impeachment
The Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich used a parliamentary maneuver that will probably force a vote on his impeachment measures today.
Kucinich has introduce 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush, but this is not his first attempt to impeach members of the Bush administration, Kucinich has recently tried to impeach the Vice President Cheney with no success, but despite failing to impeach the Vice President, Kucinich aimed his impeachment measure to the President this time.
Kucinich says that Bush and Cheney have lied to Congress and the American public about the reasons for invading Iraq in 2003 and abused their offices in order to conduct the “War on Terror” following the 9/11 attacks.
